The Platform is owned and operated by Ladnomi Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Akshay Sarani, A.P. Nagar, Sonarpur, South 24 Parganas – 700150 (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. The maximum aggregate liability of the Platform Owner shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services or INR 1,000, whichever is less.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, including their validity or enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
