Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Should there be any notable delay, we will inform you promptly via email.
Returns & Exchange

Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit. No monetary refunds are provided.
- Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue
- Can be applied to any product on the site
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear images or video for verification, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
